GENERAL FEATURES
AKSO-T-20 Static Charging Generator (kV20) is a static charging generator equipped with high technology features such as LCD Screen, Static Output Indicator, Warning LED showing existance of high voltage output, ability of keeping adjusted power level in memory and, in case of overload, automatic cutting of power and ability of detection of faulty products by means of internal dry contact relay circuit. Specifically prefered as an IML Charging generator along with static bar and static pins.

Static Output Power and Display:  Static Electricity Generator manufactured for IML  is operating in the power range of 2kV  ~  20kV - 1mA 
Adjustment of Power Output:  Static Charger can be adjusted from the + and – buttons over the membrane at the front panel.
Operating of the Device: Device can give output as long as RUN button is pressed, as well as, be operated over the socket at the back of the device by means of receiving signals.
Instant Leak Protection:  In case of sudden leak, static output is automatically cut and the LED existing on the  membrane of the display indicating overload  sign turns on for a period of 1.5 seconds.
Ground Protection:  In case of operating without ground,device shows NO GROUND error and does not operate until device is properly grounded.
Usage Area: Manual Static Charging Applications, IML, Electrostatic Bonding, Edge Binding, Bag Making Machinery, Plywood Bonding,Vacuum Shrinking, Lamination Coating, Batching, Stripping, IML Robot and  Automastic Coil Replacement, Sticking and Plating Processes. Up to 4 pieces of static charging bars can be connected to one electrostatic charging generator.
